Mr. Fridman started his corporate finance career in 1998 where his responsibilities included creating corporate budgets and forecast for Cooper Lighting, a manufacturer of lighting products with $1.5 billion in revenue. Mr. Fridman continued on to investment banking where he performed over 100 valuations for companies across 30 industries with revenue ranging from $10 million to $1.5 billion. These valuations provided the framework for private market transactions, ongoing litigation and mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Fridman completed a Master of Science in Finance from Kellstadt Graduate School of Business in 2003 with focus on Corporate Risk Management and Financial Engineering. Post graduation, Mr. Fridman entered the real estate development and over the following 5 years, Mr. Fridman managed over 200 units from site identification to post sale. In addition to managing construction documentation and onsite constructions activity, Mr. Fridman was involved in structuring a number of condo conversion and new construction projects. Mr. Fridman co founded a neighborhood group called South Side Builders Association, and acted as the first treasurer.
