The Director of Administration is a senior leadership position that reports directly to the Executive Director and has direct responsibility for YJC’s administrative areas, including budget and finance, human resources and facilities.  Candidate must be a proven leader who is able to help others at the YJC deliver measurable, cost-effective results that make YJC’s strategic vision a reality.  He/she must have the skills, maturity, sensitivity, and personal confidence to tap into the power that each YJC team member brings to the organizational mission.  It is essential that she/he will be responsible for ensuring that the organization is constantly striving to develop the most efficient and effective structure, processes and systems to increase the overall productivity and capacity of the organization.
